Fantasy Aces Review

Fantasy Aces certainly began with a full charge into the daily fantasy sports battle. For the 2013 NFL fantasy football season, they had a partnership with Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte. And for MLB fantasy baseball, Pablo Sandoval is their featured player. Contests featuring the two superstars run with Guaranteed Prize Pools and portions of the profits are donated to charity. That star studded power aside, Fantasy Aces holds its own as a daily fantasy sports site.

They introduced a unique game to the industry - Salary Pro - a fantasy game which awards and deducts points based on your salary cap usage - a neat twist to the classic salary cap game. Having their Scout system also is a nice feature to help hard core fantasy players do much needed research when playing multiple games each day. FantasyAces.com is relatively new to the daily fantasy sports landscape, so players will have to wait on the huge prize pots that some of the other sites offer, but as their player base continues to grow, I’m sure so will their big money contests.

Based on our Fantasy Aces Review, I think it’s fair to say we enjoyed the site and think you will too. When joining, remember to use Fantasy Aces Promo Code REALMONEY to get a whopping 200% bonus up to $250 free - the best bonus in the industry!

Types of Games and Contests

Classic Salary Cap - Choose a team of players and fill a roster using a salary cap of $45,000.

Salary Pro – Salary Pro is a Salary Cap game with a flexible cap format! For every $50 under the cap, you receive + .40pts (40 bonus points max at $5,000 under cap). The bonus doesn't start until your team is at least $250 under the Salary Cap. For every $50 over the cap you get a penalty of -.80pts (-80 points max at $5,000 over the salary cap). Penalty points start immediately at $50 over the salary cap.

Software Interface

The Fantasy Aces main page is well set up - a banner greets you immediately with promotions and headlines about what is going on at FantasyAces.com. Above that, at the top, is the Login section and a simple header bar with tabs for: My Account, Gameplay Basics, Leaderboard, News and Scout (we will explain the Fantasy Aces Scout system later in this Fantasy Aces Review).

The Games Lobby is well laid out with games offered by Fantasy Aces highlighted, and other private games in a neutral color. You can filter game choices by type of sport, game format, fees, amount of players and payout type.

On the right side, is a Member Quicklook section that has your account balance, shows you current, upcoming and live games, and has a convenient Deposit Button if you wish to add funds quickly.

Below, is the Leaderboard which shows the top players at Fantasy Aces and their wins. Below that, is a news section that can be filtered by type of sport.

At the bottom of the main page is a large chat section which allows fantasy players to talk to each other or if they have questions about the site, a member of the Fantasy Aces team is there to assist and answer questions.

Upon joining a game to play, a mock sports arena or field for that sport pops up to help you choose your lineup. Underneath, is a list of available players which can be filtered to help you pick your fantasy lineup. Clicking on a player’s name will give you a pop up window with additional info of player stats, news, recent history and a summary of their fantasy performance.

Cashier Options - Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits to Fantasy Aces can be made via PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and Discover - no AMEX at this time. You can make a minimum deposit of $5 and a maximum of $500 although that can be increased upon certain circumstances.

When you click the deposit button, you will receive a 100% deposit bonus, but if enter Fantasy Aces Promo Code REALMONEY, the system will bump you up to 200% to a max bonus of $250.This is simply the best bonus in the daily fantasy sports industry.

When you are ready to cash in some of your winning, you can make a withdrawal through either PayPal or by check. Payments are usually processed within 24 hours.

Customer Support

Fantasy Aces support can be contacted through Facebook or Twitter, by opening a Ticket on their Help tab, Snail Mail (if you can wait that long), or their Chat Section at the bottom under the games lobby.

Mobile Device Platform

FantasyAces Mobile gaming platform is excellent! Its design is not a simplified version of the Fantasy Aces full site, but rather a smaller version of their full site with all of the same features. Viewing on an Android device and an iPad, FantasyAces.com fit perfectly onto the mobile screen and you don’t feel like you are missing info like many mobile sites do.

User Experience

Playing at Fantasy Aces is pretty straight forward - you choose your type of game to play, set a lineup and you’re done. Their salary cap prices are reasonable and we like the visual of having a sports arena that shows the players face when chosen. One negative we found was when you click positions for basketball, for say the Center position, it shows all the centers available...although some are listed as Forwards. It would be nice for them to show that players have dual eligibility as opposed to a trial and error method.

There are two features that we really like about Aces. First is their Scout pro feature that allows you to research players, breakdown stats and save them to a master list that you can use when drafting a team. This list can be analyzed by certain periods of time, performance stats and is a cool feature to help you if you play every day in multiple games and want to make your lineup quickly.

There is a video below that you can watch to explain the Scout system further:

Another cool feature we discovered when completing our Fantasy Aces review is their Salary Pro games. You create a salary cap team as you normally would, however you can receive bonus points for picking a team under the cap or you can be penalized for going over the salary cap. Full details of the points system can be found on their site after you join, but the Salary Pro feature allows you to strategize when creating your team...a unique twist for fantasy sports players.
